About Dr L Sidali
Dr Sidali completed her medical degree at the University of Medical Sciences in Villa Clara, Cuba, in 2008. She later gained experience in trauma and general surgery at Mafikeng Provincial Hospital before joining the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital as a registrar. She qualified as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon through the College of Cardiothoracic Surgeons of South Africa and completed a Master of Medicine through the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Her areas of practice include cardiac surgery for coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease and aortic conditions, as well as thoracic surgery including lung cancer, chest wall and diaphragm conditions, and minimally invasive thoracic surgery.
